Software for the work
you run every day.

Automation you can audit. One agreed set of figures across plants and months. Machines that report themselves. An assistant that answers your customers. Everything here runs in your own data centre, in a private cloud, or on a small appliance in the plant.

Industrial AutomationOT

From the machine on the line to the finished order in your ERP.

Machine control

Octopus

Runs a connected production as one system: production machines, robot cells, driverless transport, the warehouse, labelling and print, and the quality checks between them. It takes the order, tells each part what it needs to do, and reacts when conditions on the floor change. It talks to the controllers directly, Siemens S7 among them, so a change is made once instead of retyped into a dozen panels.

Machine data

Panda

Reads your machines directly, whatever they speak, and turns the signals into numbers people can act on: output, downtime, speed losses, quality stops. Values you define once, an availability figure or a machine state, are calculated for you and kept next to the raw readings. It runs on a small appliance in the plant, so it keeps recording when the network does not.

Panda-BDE

Takes a production order from release to completion: what to run, on which line, in what order. Operators book progress on shop-floor terminals that update as the work happens, and supervisors see the plan against reality. Every unit keeps a record of where it ran and what happened to it, and finished quantities go back to your ERP without anyone re-keying them.

Label management

LabelBee

Designs the labels your production prints, and makes sure the right one reaches the right printer. The label is laid out by dragging text, barcodes and images onto a canvas, and its fields are bound to live order and pallet values: batch number, customer, expiry date, SSCC, quantities. You preview the finished label with real values before a single roll is used, and rules decide which design goes to which printer.

PlanningPLANNING

Deciding what runs next, against everything a real day does to the plan.

Dispatch In development

Fleet Dispatcher

Turns a day of orders into tours: which vehicle, which driver, which site, and in what sequence. The rules about what may go where, which vehicle can reach which address and where each driver starts are applied for you rather than held in one person’s head, and the plan can be rebuilt at eleven in the morning when a driver calls in sick.

Plan Studio

Plans a production facility against everything a real day throws at it: a machine down, an order pulled forward, material that has not arrived. It proposes the sequence and shows what each choice costs, so the decision stays with the person who has to answer for it.
